Oxford Golf Club has launched a Junior Academy aimed at opening the sport to children. Club Head Professional, Joe Pepperell, is the Junior Academy lead coach and will be supported by fellow PGA professional Martin Woodbridge.
Juniors will receive a fantastic array of benefits by joining the academy, including membership to Oxford Golf Club, four 45-minute lessons from club professionals and a kids’ golf set and stand bag. Plus, access to all club run junior events and social occasions. The package is open to children aged under 12, is just £195 per person and is available to 40 juniors.
Oxford Golf Club have created the value-for-money Junior Academy to offer budding golfers the opportunity to try the sport and get started. Mr Pepperell said: “This is a brilliant opportunity for youngsters to get into golf, it’s an incredible package that is really aimed at helping children break into the sport. We are passionate about introducing golf to people and teaching them what the sport is all about. It’s all about encouraging more young people to take up the game and supporting them in doing so.”
